“[Pucks](https://github.com/lspector/Pucks)” is an environment for experiments and education in artificial intelligence and artificial life.

Written in [Clojure](http://clojure.org/), using the [Quil](https://github.com/quil/quil) graphics library (from the [Processing](https://processing.org/) project), Pucks was designed in part for ease of integration with the [Clojush](https://github.com/lspector/Clojush) implementation of Push, to support the [Push-based evolution of agents in virtual worlds](http://discourse.pushlanguage.org/t/push-in-virtual-worlds/193/1). As of this writing, however, the use of Push in Pucks is still in the planning stages.

A detailed description of Pucks is provided in the [README file](https://github.com/lspector/pucks/blob/master/README.md) of the [Pucks github archive](https://github.com/lspector/Pucks).

There is also a [Pucks blog](http://blog4pucks.blogspot.com/) with additional information and movies.
